Centrifugal Foundry

Duraloy Technologies has centrifugally cast tubes in Scottdale, PA for close to a century. Duraloy continues to improve capacity, efficiency and quality of centrifugally cast tubes. Currently, Duraloy has seven induction furnaces and nine horizontal spinners used exclusively for centrifugal casting. At our facility, we can produce heat resistant tubes from 2.5” to 48” in diameter. Centrifugal castings provide fine grain structures, high mechanical properties, and high density due to the centrifugal force.
