Duraloy Appoints Technical Support Manager

Duraloy Technologies is pleased to announce our new Technical Support Manager, Ryan Richter. As Technical Support Manager Ryan will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities associated with producing high quality castings and assemblies, as well as heading Duraloy's Research and Development Team. Ryan will be responsible for ensuring that Duraloy continues to deliver high quality products to its customers while striving for continual improvement and development.

For the last five years Ryan has worked as Duraloy's Product Excellence Engineer. As Product Excellence Engineer, Ryan was responsible for Duraloy's product quality and ensured that the requirements of an ISO 9001 quality management system were met. Ryan also oversaw the preparation and testing of all Duraloy products. As Technical Support Manager, Ryan will retain these responsibilities and continue to ensure the quality of the Duraloy product. We are very pleased with his body of work and are excited to appoint him to his new role.

Ryan is a member of the American Foundry Society (AFS) as well as the Association for Iron and Steel Technology (AIST). Ryan earned his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh in 2013.
