Kyle's addition comes at a pivotal time as Duraloy continues to expand its product offerings and enhance operational processes. Kyle will lead strategic initiatives focused on integrating advanced robotics, automation, AI, and machine learning technologies into our manufacturing processes, with the aim of embracing Foundry 4.0 principles. Additionally, Kyle will play a crucial role in addressing and exceeding our customers' technical requirements, ensuring that our products not only meet but exceed industry standards for performance and reliability. His expertise and forward-thinking approach will be instrumental as we continue to innovate and drive towards excellence in every aspect of our product offerings and customer service.
Kyle holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Engineering: Mechatronics from Kent State University, complemented by technical training in electronics and industrial safety. His academic credentials are matched by extensive hands-on experience, most recently as a Maintenance Engineer at McConway & Torley. In this role, he successfully managed improvement projects, oversaw the installation of new equipment, and developed engineering designs that enhanced operational efficiency. Prior to this, Kyle served as a Maintenance Trainer and Industrial Electrician at Waupaca Foundry, where he was instrumental in developing training programs and ensuring adherence to safety protocols. His experience in troubleshooting complex equipment, including PLC systems and robotics, underscores his technical prowess and problem-solving skills.
